Interim Pastor

Pastor Mike Brubaker was raised by Christian parents on a dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA. While still in High School he began a career with Sight and Sound of Lancaster as a professional photographer, being their first employee. In 1976, he and his wife Linda committed their lives to full-time Christian ministry, which has now stretched beyond forty years.  They have been married 52 years. They have successfully pioneered two churches in Connecticut. Since retirement in 2020, Pastor Mike has served three churches as an intentional Interim Pastor. Mike and Linda have two married adult children and five grandchildren. Pastor Mike holds three earned academic degrees.  Lancaster Bible College, PA (Bachelor,1978), Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, IN (Master's, 1984), Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton, MA (Doctor of Ministry, 2007). 

Associate Pastor

Pastor Caleb oversees the worship, children’s, and youth ministries at CBC. He and his wife, Charity, came to CBC in 2004 after Caleb graduated with a degree in Worship Arts from Calvary University in Kansas City, Missouri. Caleb enjoys seeing people use their gifts to serve the Lord and feels privileged to minister alongside them. He has a passion for sharing the gospel, enjoys being active outdoors, and loves cooking for his family. Caleb and Charity have two young adult sons and a daughter who is in high school.
